Hey everyone!
A room in our beautiful 5-room apartment in Neuenhof is becoming available – with a direct view of the Limmat river. We're currently three people, one is moving out, so we're looking for a new third flatmate.
We're two easygoing guys, both 28, who appreciate a clean home and a relaxed vibe. The apartment is fully furnished, except for the available room. It's on the Limmat side – so the view is amazing!
What to expect:

• Beautiful, quiet and green location right by the Limmat
• Wettingen train station ~8 min walk, bus stop 3 min, Lidl & gym ~10 min
• 25 minutes to Zurich HB by train
• All shared spaces (except private rooms) can be used by everyone
• Cleaning lady comes every two weeks (on Wednesdays)
• Wi-Fi, washing machine & dryer available
• Move-in possible from 01.08.2025, or as early as May 1st if needed – the sooner, the better
• Underground parking space can be rented if needed
