The free room is 9 m² with parquet flooring. It has a lot of daylight with windows facing south and west, and direct access to a big shared balcony.
It is furbished with wooden sideboards for compact storage.
In addition, there is a wall-mounted shelf that can be taken over from Amon (who is moving out).
The rent of CHF 620 includes all utilities except internet, which amounts to ~10 CHF/month in addition.

Neighborhood
The WG is located in ZH-Höngg, 5 minutes from lovely Werdinsel, 10 minutes to ETH Hönggerberg and 20 mins to HB.

The WG
Besides Amon, who is leaving, we are currently 5 international PhD students (2 female, 3 male) passionate about science, arts, music, sports, cooking and many other things. We love the super friendly, warm and cooperative atmosphere of our WG. We enjoy discovering new things, meeting new people, going hiking as well as keeping our minds open to any new experience. We also take special care to respect each other and keep the house and the garden nice and clean for everyone.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an open-minded person who shares our ideas of living together in a WG. To restore the gender balance, in our WG, ideally we are looking for a woman. You should be a non-smoker, 25-32.
