Single room for rent - 6003 Luzern, Obergütschstrasse 18

In our beloved shared apartment in Obergütsch, a room will become free at the beginning of June.
We are not looking for a Zweck-WG, but someone uncomplicated, who also likes to sit together with a cup of tea or a beer, to talk about God and the world and laugh, or who is at a cozy game night :). But of course, you also like to have time for yourself sometimes. Important is a considerate interaction with each other (and a healthy amount of cleanliness ;))
Currently Tünde (29) and Noah (24) live in the shared apartment. Noah is in my room (Lea, 29), because I am currently working and living abroad, before I return in November. We are open and uncomplicated, but everyone also has their own rhythm.

Location:
The shared apartment is 2 minutes from the Obergütschstrasse bus stop. In 10 minutes you can reach Lucerne train station by bus. Behind the house is the beautiful Gütschwald forest, which invites you to jog/walk to the Sonnenberg :) Shopping facilities are down in Baselstrasse (easily accessible by bus)

Room:
The room is approx. 13m2 large, and beautifully bright. Sure, it's not the biggest room, but so far it has always been furnished very comfortably and cleverly. A bed is currently still in there and can gladly be taken over.

The shared apartment has a really huge, cozy living room, a 15m2 balcony with lake view around the corner ;). The kitchen is small, but has everything it needs. We eat in the cozy dining nook with forest view. We have two bathrooms. The large bathroom has 2 washbasins and a bathtub. There is a lift.
