Single room for rent - 3012 Bern, Mittelstrasse 18

I am looking for a subtenant for my flatshare room for this summer. The apartment has a lot of potential and is located in a central location.

About the location:
The flatshare is super central in the Länggass district. Right around the corner you will find the Migros Zähringer, the Gelateria di Berna (perfect for spontaneous ice cream breaks) and the Caffè Sattler, so everything you need for the summer.

About the room:
Your room is about 10 m^2 in size and faces the quiet courtyard. The furnishings are currently rather minimalist: a mattress, a desk, and a chair.

The apartment has a separate living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The sunny terrace invites you to linger. You will find a laundry room in the basement, as well as a bike room.

About the flatshare situation:
You would be living with Sean (23). He studies medicine, is relaxed, uncomplicated, and always up for a little chat in the kitchen. In the summer, he will probably be working, but is open to joint cooking activities.

We value respectful interaction. There is a small task plan, and waste separation is a matter of course for us.
