About the shared apartment:
You would live with a chemistry student and a part-time working student (both 27). Another new person will join at the beginning of summer. We lead a quiet, respectful shared apartment life, cook together occasionally, especially during the week. At weekends it is usually very quiet. A healthy lifestyle and a clean home are important to us.
Whether you are studying or working is irrelevant – the main thing is that you fit in well personally.
