Bright shared room in a 5.5-room apartment. It is approximately 20m^2 and partially furnished. The apartment is on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator. The apartment has a large, comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful balcony with a grill. There is also a printer, shared Wi-Fi and two bathrooms. There is a washing machine and a drying room, which is shared with the neighbors. There is a covered bicycle rack with enough space. Other things can also be stored in a cellar compartment.
The deposit is three months' rent and the start of the tenancy is negotiable. Some of the furniture can be taken over. The rent is inclusive of utilities.
We are a 4-person shared apartment, whereby I and a roommate will move out in the summer. You would live with a chemistry student (27 years old) and a part-time working student (26 years old). Another new person will be added. We lead a quiet and respectful shared apartment life. We sometimes cook and eat together, but we all also like to have our own space. We all like sports and like to eat balanced meals. Not everyone is vegetarian, but meat is cooked quite rarely. At the weekend, the shared apartment is usually empty.
