Single room for rent - 8400 Winterthur, Rychenbergstrasse 179

Dear community members,

A room will become free in our community in Winterthur at the end of May. The room is 12.6m² with a spacious built-in wardrobe, a beautiful view of the evening sky and costs 711.- CHF per month. Another room will probably be free from August, is 17.8m² and costs 834.- CHF per month.

You can expect:
🌳Old villa near the forest with 4 apartments (one of which is our community)
🧡Shared garden and gardening days (4000 m²)
🌳Ritual place with fire pit
🧡Large shared hall with instruments, music system, floor cushions and blankets. The hall is managed by some of the community and can be used together
🌳Sauna, workshop, pizza oven etc.

Currently we are between 30 and 45 years old and open to all ages. A mindful and authentic life together is important to us. We also wish for people who value cleanliness and are willing to share responsibility for it. We speak German and English, as one person who will certainly live here over the summer is of Spanish origin. His dog (a calm nature) also lives here.
