Subletting a room in Fribourg (June-August)

I am subletting a room in a 2.5-room apartment in Fribourg, ideally located near the Pérolles Center, both university campuses, and the train station. The apartment is bright, sunny, and fully furnished.

The room for rent has a balcony, a bed, a desk, and a comfortable armchair. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. You will share the apartment with Yann, a friendly, calm, and very clean roommate.

The sublet is available for 3 months, from June 1 to August 31, for 550 CHF per month, including utilities.
