My name is Anaïs, I am 32 years old, I am a feminist and an apprentice witch ??. I am in my final year at the Haute École de Travail Social de Fribourg, on my way to becoming an educator (expected graduation: October!).

By nature calm, cheerful, and rather chill, I am looking for two female roommates (men, please move along) between 25 and 35 years old, to move in from August 1, 2025.

I would like to share this space with active, feminist people who love cats (I have a furry roommate named Saucisse), who are calm but open to moments together (meals, changing the world, spitting on patriarchy, pulling cards, or other). It is important to me that you have a taste for shared living: kind communication, respect for common spaces and each other's privacy, and if possible, already a bit of experience in communal living.

The apartment is located in the Beaumont neighborhood, 2 minutes walk from the Champriond stops (lines 5 and 9) and Rte de la Glâne (line 336). The train station is a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by bus.

It is a 4 ½ room apartment on the ground floor, bright and spacious, renovated in January 2024.
It has: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower + WC, the other with bathtub, double sinks, WC), a large living room - furniture that stays: sofa + coffee table, a fully equipped kitchen (new dishwasher, oven, fridge), a large terrace - to be furnished.

There are two rooms available:
one of 17m² at 767.- /cc
one of 12m² at 686.-/cc

We would all be on the lease, so you will need to provide:
- a copy of your ID
- a certificate of non-pursuit
- and three payslips.
