Single room for rent - 6048 Horw, Ringstrasse 17

We are looking for two roommates (possibly also a main tenant) for one room from June 1st and another from July 1st in our cozy 3-person shared apartment in Horw :).

Since two roommates are coincidentally moving out, we are looking for two new roommates! Both rooms are approx. 10m^2 and bright. The price per room is 593.- including utilities. The apartment is very centrally located with good public transport connections, shopping facilities and close to Lucerne University of Applied Sciences.

About the shared apartment: You/you would live with Elena (she/her 21) - she studies textile design, is friendly, uncomplicated, likes to bake delicious things, enjoys beautiful decoration and plays the violin occasionally. The atmosphere in the shared apartment is open, uncomplicated and respectful.
The apartment has a rather large, cozy kitchen (with dishwasher), a balcony with a view of Mount Pilatus, is located near the lake and is very bright.
Sophia, 21, studies Jazz at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and is currently the main tenant, but is moving out at the end of June.

Elena is looking for: An open-minded, reliable person (in a similar stage of life) who enjoys living together - whether quietly on their own or occasionally chatting in the kitchen.
