I am looking for a student for a small room for subletting in my apartment in Thun. Pictures are a bit older.
At the moment, the room is still occupied by the current subtenant, but it will be free by early August at the latest, possibly even earlier.
I am only offering the room to students.
The apartment offers you the following:
- Home cinema with projector and sound system, so you can also play games with it.
- Large OLED TV.
- Various game consoles, like the new Switch2.
- Salt TV with many channels.
- Printer and table for laptop available in the corridor.
- Very, very many shopping options nearby.
- City center 3 minutes away by bus. About 10 minutes on foot.
- Large balcony with lounge.
- Large kitchen.
- Bathtub for relaxation.
- No other costs for you, water, Serafe, etc. will be paid by me.
- Very good view of the mountains, quiet location.
- Cleaning lady comes every Saturday to clean the apartment.

You should be aware of the following:
- The room is small.
- The temperature in the rooms and refrigerator is determined by me (you can decide the temperature in your room yourself).
- You can use all rooms as well as the balcony.
- You must not have debts or police records, and you need to provide me with the required documents.
- Proof of your studies.

I have had some experiences with my current subtenant, and therefore various points will be written down or regulated in our sublease agreement.
We will clarify the rest in a conversation near the apartment to get to know each other a bit.
