Hi there,
I'm Sandra and from the 1st of may this will be my new home and I am looking for someone to share it with.

About the flat:
On the pictures you can see how it was equipped before. Some of the furniture will come along but there is still plenty of room to design and create this space.
The flat has a nice and open kitchen/living room area and comes with a nice, large private terrace offering a view of the Zurich Botanical Gardens. On the terrace we can chill out, do yoga sessions with a view, work in home office or have a barbecue.
Next to the living room there are 3 rooms. One will be available (around 16m2), one will be my private room and the other one will be my semi-private room. My idea is to make it a multifunctional space: for home office, visitors, home workouts, whatever is needed... and I'd share it with you as well ;)
The apartment comes with two large storage areas (basement and attic).
The building is located 5 minutes from Stadelhofen and a 15 minute walk from China Garden. The tram stop of the line 11 (Hedwigsteig) is conveniently in front of the building.

About me:
I am 30 and pretty new in Zurich. For the next couple of years, I made this beautiful piece of earth my city of choice. I'm an open minded and very spontaneous person, and I work as an engineer. I have quite an active lifestyle, I like to be outside, do acroyoga and love dancing. Oh and I love plants, so there is a good chance that we/I will grow vegetables on the terrace ;)

I would love this home to be a "home to come home to" and I would like it to be open for friends and guests. I am looking for a long-term tenant (preferably female) in the age of 25-40 who is working and sharing a similar idea of living together in a flat.
Extra points if you value some of these points:

• vegan/vegetarian cuisine
• plants
• acroyoga
• dance
• nice coffee but also nice cup of tea ;)
• other languages/ cultures

Disclaimer: Unfortunately, I can only show pictures of the apartment in advance, as it is currently still occupied. The pictures also show the furnished status, not the new one. Perhaps it will be possible to show the apartment to a selection of people in advance, but I cannot guarantee that. Therefore, a "test living" would also be possible for the first couple of months.
Regarding the price: I know it is a lot but we can discuss some details when we get in touch and there might be a chance to reduce it a bit.
