Room / Rent / Move-in:
Your future room is approx. 17m2, bright with beautiful parquet flooring and already has built-in wardrobes that offer plenty of storage space. The room is also partially furnished, these can be taken over if required. The rent is CHF 540.- including utilities. Move-in is possible immediately or by arrangement.

Location:
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the St. Fiden Zentrum bus stop. St. Fiden train station is within 7 minutes. The shopping center is just around the corner and offers all the necessary shopping facilities. The Gustav Gleis provides a cozy atmosphere 10 minutes away.

The Apartment:
Our home itself is very large with a beautiful living and dining area, two bathrooms and a separate shower. Since last summer there is a balcony, which is already looking forward to being used. There is a cellar compartment where some things can be stored and where, with a little skill, you can park your bike. Washing machine and dryer are located in the apartment. An additional room with a guest sofa also invites spontaneous overnight stays of friends.

Shared Apartment Life:
We are Lara (26) and Gabriel (33) and are interested in many different things. Lara starts her studies at the PH St. Gallen in autumn and Gabriel completes his studies as a religious educator in summer. We like to sit together with a cup of tea or coffee to chat about the world. We are also enthusiastic about cooking together or taking a short trip to the city. A communal life where everyone finds enough space to retreat is important to us. This means we are not a utilitarian shared apartment and it is important to us to find someone who is looking for a new home in the long term (at least 1 year).
