Who wants to move in with me for a year into this dream apartment in the old town?

This is me: Delia, 30, professionally involved in climate policy, often found in the mountains in winter, and more often by the Limmat in summer. I am fascinated by things like the wide world, foreign languages, chocolate sorbet, and 20cm of fresh powder snow. Otherwise, I like to write and appreciate humor and spontaneity.

This is you: ideally between late 20s and late 30s and employed. You share more than just rent with me - a few common interests would of course be cool, and I look forward to you being spontaneous for a jump in the river, an after-work beer in Lindenhof, or a shared dinner at home from time to time.

This is our home: a gem in the old town with Lindenhof as our (not quite private) terrace ;). The apartment is super centrally located and is above a restaurant (Lumière) at a small square where there are occasionally jazz concerts in summer (ending at 11 PM). I will move into the apartment in mid-April and want to make it a home where we feel comfortable, where we can work from home, and where friends and family can come by for brunch or to listen to concerts from the windowsill. It is important to me that we can both do our own thing without living past each other. I look forward to us being home at the same time more often and having time for good conversations, movie and game nights alongside our common interests.

The room is ready for occupancy from early May, but I am flexible regarding your move-in date (ideally sometime in May or June). I am advertising the room for a limited time because a friend of mine might move in in June 2026 (it is not yet certain, as she might stay abroad longer, but she will decide this summer).
