To rent 1 room, approx. 18m2 with a small balcony. The room includes a bathroom with a bathtub for private use. Another room can be used halfway as a dressing room. The spacious living/cooking/eating area and the terrace with a covered part and many plants are for shared use. I don't use part of the huge terrace at all, so you can set up your private "topfloor-beach" area.
I, m, 60, employed, would describe myself as a relaxed and open-minded person. I enjoy being outdoors, doing sports and yoga, and I like to go to concerts and sometimes to a party to celebrate.
I wish for a relaxed roommate, f, m, or d, who lives independently and does their own thing, but still has time for a dinner or other activities.
