The room that will be available in July 2025 is bright and contains:
a table with lamp and office chair, an armchair, a comfortable bed with all bedding, a Persian rug, a nightstand, a shelf, a large wardrobe, and a ceiling lamp.

The crossing apartment includes:
An entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, a living-dining room, a balcony with a view for summer meals, a kitchen renovated in August 2023, and fully equipped, a separate toilet, a bathroom with 2 sinks and a bathtub.

It is located on the 5th floor of an 8-story building with an elevator, in Schönberg, the largest neighborhood in Fribourg on the edge of the Singino countryside (in addition to French, a Swiss-German dialect is spoken there). It is accessible by buses 2 and 6, 13 and 15 min. from the CFF train station in Fribourg.

Close to all amenities, within a radius of 350m, you will find:
grocery stores, the Cantonal Bank, a pharmacy, the Post Office, and the church.
The rent for the room includes utilities, electricity, internet, and a cleaning service
of 6 hours/month (1.5 hours/week).
