Hello new roommate :)

People say I'm a nice and uncomplicated guy and I would be happy to not live alone anymore :)
I'm German and Swiss, have been in Switzerland for 20 years and quite experienced in shared apartments :)

Some more information about the apartment:

A parking space in the underground garage can be rented from the homeowner for 130 CHF/month.
If you also have an e-car: There is a socket at my parking space and could be used in consultation.

The rent (incl. utilities) is 1500 CHF, slightly depending on your income. As a student possibly also 1000, as a full-time earner then really 50% of the costs, that would be the mentioned 1500 CHF.

Large, furnished room (15sqm) in sensational penthouse (111sqm and 86sqm roof terrace incl. furniture and grill). New building (11a old). Modern kitchen/furniture, oak parquet, WiFi, own bathroom. Underfloor heating. Floor-to-ceiling windows. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Sensational sunsets and and and :)
20 min (door to door) to Zurich HB or lake (Stadelhofen) by public transport
10 min walk to the shopping center (Migros, Coop)
10 min by car to the large Coop in Dietlikon
10 min by car to Schubiger/Ikea/Interio etc.
10 min to the highway

About me:
I like to cook very much, quite well (so they say) and also like to cook together.
Also happy to have a movie night together (also with three or four people).
I'm actually quite easy-going, it's important that you just talk about everything, even if something doesn't fit.
I'm relatively often away on weekends.
What I'm not looking for is a purely utilitarian shared apartment, but that you also cook together (!) or just chat normally. And of course everyone needs time for themselves, just a good mix :)
