Cheiry is in the Fribourg enclave of Surpierre, 20 minutes from Domdidier and Estavayer-le-Lac, 6 min. from Lucens, 30 min from Fribourg and 35 min from Lausanne. Carpooling service between cohabitants to get to the Granges-Marnand train station located 3km away.

The house is Minergie certified, with a wooden frame, natural materials, large windows, large balconies. All around, the Broye countryside, with a river in our garden, a large permaculture vegetable garden, a bicycle shelter, a forest nearby ... It's a beautiful setting to live close to nature, in solidarity mutual aid, with several generations together.

Everyone lives in their private accommodation, their home, freedom of rhythm, and can share meals, carpooling, parties, and activities in the vegetable garden when they can and want to.

• CHF 75.- per month per adult, for Ecopol package A services (wifi, common areas, laundry SERAFE tax, ECA)

This is a cooperative housing co-ownership, without real estate speculation. Rents are at cost price. All tenants are therefore also co-owners; they must invest funds in social shares (returned at the end of their lease), the amount depends on the m2 of their private accommodation. If you do not have any assets, you can use your 2nd pillar or mandate us to find the funds for you.
