I am renting out my room in a great shared apartment with 6 other people in the center of Morges. The roommates are between 20 and 34 years old and are mostly students.
The apartment is 5 minutes from Lausanne train station and 2 minutes from the bus to EPFL-UNIL (702 - 20 minutes travel time).

The room overlooks a small quiet street. The apartment is large, with two kitchens, two bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets, with all the necessary appliances in the building.

The room is partially furnished - double bed + desk + wardrobe included.

The rent includes utilities, wifi, serafe, and ECA.

We are looking for a man (to ensure gender parity) to live with and share moments of conviviality who wants to make this shared accommodation his "home". Given the language skills of the remaining roommates in the apartment, we are looking for someone who can understand (and speak) French if possible.

The selected person must be ready to sign the lease (a complete file will be requested from the selected person) - the deposit required is 1800.- (returned when you leave the apartment).
