We are looking for:

From September 1st, or earlier by arrangement, a new roommate.

Your new roommates would be Marc (25 years), Gianmarco (26 years) and Yasmin (34 years). We appreciate a tidy apartment as well as an uncomplicated, respectful, and collegial interaction. We all enjoy our free time - but when we are all at home, we also like to have a joint dinner or play a game together :)

The room is 15 square meters and is located on the first floor. It is rented unfurnished. The apartment has its own laundry tower and every two weeks a cleaning lady comes for the common areas. Furthermore, the apartment has a large balcony as well as a garden. There is also a large attic and cellar available.
