We are renting a furnished room including a parking space in front of the house.

We are not a shared apartment, we are renting a total of 2 rooms in our house for subletting.

Currently, there are two people (both main tenants) living in the household, as well as 2 dogs and 3 cats.

For more privacy, there is a bathroom only for guests to whom we rent a room.

The outdoor area with terrace, pool, garden seating area, grill, fire pit, as well as the kitchen with its equipment and the laundry room with washing machine and tumbler can also be used.

Notice period: 14 days or 1 month, depending on agreement.
Weekly rental possible.

For cross-border commuters/weekend guests who are only present from Mon - Fri, the rent is 700 CHF
