We are looking for a roommate for our 4.5-room apartment. Philine and Ricardo already live here. We are both open-minded people and wish for a roommate who, like us, appreciates a good balance between privacy and community. We enjoy a quiet atmosphere but are also happy to do things together – whether it's a shared dinner, a game night, or a walk. Pets are possible upon agreement.

The room is approximately 11 m² in size and offers a nice view. It is rented unfurnished. The room is available immediately.

The apartment includes a laundry room and a drying room in the basement as well as a bike cellar. The kitchen is fully equipped. The rent already includes electricity and internet costs.

Public Transport:

The apartment is about a 3-minute walk from the bus stop of line 4 (Hubelmatt).
The Lucerne train station can be reached by bus in about 9 minutes.
The bus stop of line 7 is also only a 5-minute walk away.
