The room is approx. 12 m² with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light.
It comes unfurnished, but we're open to discussing arrangements for a bed if needed.
The room has floor heating, and rent includes all utilities and internet.
Public transport is just a 1-minute walk away (Weyermannshaus bus stop).

The apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a large balcony with a cozy chill-out lounge – perfect for relaxing or enjoying a sunny afternoon.

We're looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate, easy-going and open. We each have our own daily rhythms but enjoy spending time together when it works out. Being reliable and pitching in with basic flat chores is a given.
