In our 2-person shared apartment at Sennhofstrasse 14 in Chur, a spot is free – therefore, a new tenant is being sought for the beginning of September! The 3-room apartment is very bright and friendly (light wooden floor, white painted wooden walls, flooded with light). It is located on the third floor. The room is about 13.5 m² in size and has built-in wardrobes. The laundry room, cellar, and bike room are shared with the other residents of the house.

A special highlight is the good, central location in the old town of Chur and the beautiful, rural view of the vineyards. The distance to the train station is about 10 minutes. Shopping facilities (Coop, Bahnhofstrasse, restaurants, and bars) can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Recreational areas are also in the immediate vicinity.

What is being sought A friendly, sympathetic, and open person who is not looking for a purpose-driven shared apartment. Privacy is important, but one should also be able to drink something together or cook together. ☺
