Looking for a roommate

A room of approximately 16 m² is becoming free in my shared apartment, and I would like to sublet it from June/July. Two large windows offer a view of the greenery and ensure that the room is flooded with light.

A thick sliding door separates it from the living room. However, the sliding door can always remain closed and is lightproof.

The room will be sublet unfurnished.

The apartment:

The 3-room apartment is located in a quiet area near the Schönegg tram stop. By tram or bicycle, you can reach the main train station, Marzili, Eichholz and Gurten in a few minutes.

The apartment is very modern and was renovated before I moved in (2023).

It has a large living room, a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a balcony, beautiful herringbone parquet flooring and plenty of storage space in the entrance area.

The washing machine is located in the basement.

About me:

My name is Jean-Michel, I am 29 years old, I work as a primary school teacher at a Bernese school and I am looking for an open-minded, humorous person between 25 and 35 years old as a roommate.

In my free time I play football, I love to cook and eat, or I meet up with family and friends.

What I wish for:

Order and cleanliness in the common areas are important to me. I would be happy if we did things together from time to time or cooked together occasionally.

Otherwise, I also enjoy my privacy and wish for an easy-going cohabitation.
