Single room for rent - 8050 Zürich, Oleanderstrasse 14

The Room:
You would be occupying the middle room and share the bathroom with one person. It is facing towards the inner courtyard, so it is very quiet.
You are dealing with:
Jan und Mahyar (around 30). ++++ Jan grew up in Oerlikon and has been working in IT for a few years, likes the outdoor life abroad but also in Switzerland. In his free time he likes to go to the mountains (hiking, skiing, paragliding) or spends the evening at home on the sofa with some friends. ++++ Mahyar is a postdoc at the university, so his schedule during the workweek is quite busy. He enjoys going to the gym, playing golf, reading, and watching movies or series. After a full day of work, he also appreciates hanging out in the WG and having conversations with his flatmates.
We are looking for:
You, possibly also around 30, non-smoker. We would like you to appreciate neatness and cleanliness, which is quite important to us. Being around a few evenings a week for a drink is absolutely a plus.
More Info:
Since our current flatmate is moving out, the room is available any date. Additionally, the furniture as in the picture is for sale (we would prefer it you take it).
