We are renting out three rooms in this bright 3.5-room apartment in a prime location near the University of Irchel, starting immediately.

Here are the details:

• Rental start date: Immediately
• Rent: 1'190 CHF per month for the larger room, plus 100 CHF utilities/month.
• Shared facilities: 1 x large living room, 1 x large balcony for relaxing, a large kitchen and two bathrooms.

Important:
We are primarily looking for students.

Furnishing:
If you would like your room furnished, we would be happy to do that for you. The furnishing would cost a one-time fee of 750 CHF.

And now to you and what you should meet:

• Preferably a student.
• Between 18 and 30 years old
• Are a student or already in working life
• Non-smoker 🚭
• If you come from abroad, you have at least a B residence permit
