The rent per person is 842 CHF including utilities.
Your room is about 15.5m2 in size and can be furnished. It has parquet flooring and a window through which the morning sun shines. You will spend your time in a large, planted living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with evening sun.
Your future roommate is currently training to become a qualified nurse. He is open and sociable, values order and cleanliness, and appreciates shared living.
The apartment is located at Werkgasse 13, 3018 Bern.
