We are looking for friendly new tenants for our shared apartment. Since several roommates are finishing their studies, three rooms will be available. You can apply for 1-3 rooms.
You will be living with Yuna (25), a student of film studies at UZH.

We are an organized and queer-friendly shared apartment with a cleaning schedule and distributed responsibilities around living. In our free time, we enjoy having a drink, playing games, or watching movies together. The communal living experience is important to us. This is not a purpose-driven shared apartment.

About the apartment
The 5.5-room apartment is located in a residential area (Webermühle) in Neuenhof AG directly on the Limmat. The apartment has 2 balconies, a day WC, a bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. Additionally, there is a free washing and drying room that can be used. Parking spaces can be rented additionally.

The rooms
The following rooms are available:
· Room 1: 14.0 m2 available from July 14
· Room 2: 13.2 m2 available from September 1
· Room 3: 12.1 m2 available from September 1
The net rent is 563.-/month per room.
There is the possibility to take over certain furniture in the rooms according to interest and agreement with the moving-out tenants.

Shopping and connections
Shopping centers in Baden can be reached within 10 minutes by bus. Additionally, there is a shop in the residential area. The apartment is about 7 minutes on foot from Wettingen train station. From there, there are numerous connections towards Zurich (25min to HB Zurich), Hönggerberg (30min to Höngg), or Brugg (~13min).

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for three tenants who would like to move in long-term. FLINTA* persons (women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, transgender*, agender persons) are preferred. Well suited for students in the Aargau and Zurich region. Currently, it is a non-smoking household without pets. Move-in date by arrangement.
