Single room for rent - 1095 Lutry, Rue Verdaine 13

We are renting a room with a double bed, closet, desk, and storage space in our beautiful family home in Lutry.
The bathroom (shower and bathtub) is shared with another person who is renting another room (2 nights/week) right next to it.
Ideally, a young professional or student with a solid track record and a meticulous approach. CHF 670/month for 2 nights per week. Minimum rental period: 1 month. The house is large, and we (the children and I) only live there on weekends and holidays.
3 minutes from Lutry Bourg train station, free parking directly across the street from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m., and 50 meters from the lake.
Wi-Fi, bike storage, furnished, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
