Hello, I am Jan, 26 years old and currently living with my roommate in this beautiful apartment on Baumgartenstrasse. My roommate is moving in with her boyfriend. Since I want to keep the apartment, I am looking for a new roommate.

It is important to me that one feels comfortable in a shared apartment. I especially appreciate the shared dinners, the fun board game evenings, and the nice conversations. Your friends and family are also always welcome. However, one should also be able to retreat and enjoy the peace.

I am rather a quiet person and do not need action every day. Whether you are also such a person or completely different does not matter much. If both respect each other, a great shared living experience can develop.

The apartment has 5.5 rooms. One of the rooms is in a sloped roof. This is currently used as a guest room. The other remaining room is our office. As can be seen in the pictures, the apartment also has a large balcony. From this, you have a beautiful view of the Obwaldner mountains.

A parking space in the underground garage can be taken over. It costs around 100.- per month.
