A large house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, closed kitchen, living/dining room, relaxation/sport/TV areas, a large garden.
There are parking spaces included and the train station is 8' on foot.

We are two friends in our thirties, we are sporty, always motivated for activities, game nights, and drinks.
There is also Chipie, a 3-year-old hyperactive dog, so if you like dogs and are comfortable around them, that's a plus!
The rent is 1240.- + ~100.- for charges.
