We, Femmy, Anna and Marco (all between 30 and 40), are looking for a new flatmate for our cosy shared flat in beautiful Seefeld. The flat is right next to the Höschgasse tram stop - super central and perfectly connected.

We are a sociable bunch who like to cook together, do lots of sport and enjoy life. Anna and Marco work in the catering industry, while Femmy works as a medical practice assistant. It is important for us to live together in an orderly and respectful way, where everyone feels comfortable.

The room we offer is small and cosy - ideal for someone looking for a nice home with a warm atmosphere. The highlight of the flat is our balcony, where we like to enjoy a glass of wine together and soak up the sun in summer.
