Our son is a student in Lausanne. He is transferring his lease starting from August 1, 2025, for a room in shared accommodation located in Lausanne, 250 meters from the Union Prilly train station and 50 meters from bus stops No. 5 and No. 9.

The room is 17 m2, in a quiet 4-room apartment, shared kitchen with 4 independent refrigerators, shared bathroom and separate WC.
The accommodation is in very good condition. It is rented unfurnished but has a built-in wardrobe (+ possibility to leave you a dresser and a bedside table for free). You will also have access to a laundry room (dryer + washing machine).

Monthly rent: 880 CHF + 100 CHF for utilities (electricity/hot water/heating)

Lease to be taken over from the Régie CHAMOT&Cie in Lausanne, which will ask you for a file including: your last 3 pay slips (or those of your guarantor), identity card, certificate of non-pursuit.

Visit possible on Saturday, May 31 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
