Single room for rent - 1225 Chêne-Bourg

Hello !

We are looking for our new roommate for mid-May or end of May?! We are at the Villa, a large coliving based in Ville-La-Grand, next to the Leman express, (18 min from Eaux-Vives and 25 min from Bel-Air).

We are 9, with an average age between 25 and 36 years old, we are very friendly and welcoming?! (nationality: French, Russian, Brazilian, Swiss, Italian!)

To summarize the common areas inside,
There is a well-equipped double kitchen, a dining room with a table football, a workspace with a desk (high-speed fiber everywhere), a large laundry room where you can also store a lot of things, a cinema room (with PS5!), a large living room with TV and switch and board games corner, a gym and a sauna!

Outside:
Heated outdoor swimming pool with deck chairs and buoy stock, jacuzzi, a large vegetable garden with equipment, volleyball court, hammock, swing, large outdoor table with BBQ to enjoy the beautiful days! There are also parking spaces inside the Villa, a bicycle parking, (we lend scooters!).

+ all the services offered!
Cleaning 2 times a week, sports and yoga classes at home, meal delivery to cook together, bikes and scooters available, aperitifs and other organized events, etc. (very nice community spirit!).

The rent is 1350fr and includes absolutely everything.. even the laundry!
