I am looking for a person to rent a room in Eaux-Vives, in a 4.5-room apartment (80m2). The rent is 1000 CHF per month, with a deposit of one month's rent. Internet and electricity are included.

The apartment is ideally located, close to shops, transport and the lake, perfect for enjoying the lively and central Eaux-Vives district. I am preferably looking for someone between 24 and 35 years old (I am 29 years old), who is sociable, clean and respectful.
