I am renting a large and very nice semi-furnished and quiet room (one and a half rooms)
Entry on July 15, 2025.
Room in a comfortable apartment in Plainpalais shared with two nice people. Large balcony attached to the room. Access to kitchen, another balcony and bathroom of course (shared). No living room.
We are looking for an honest, discreet and clean person.
Bed, sofa, desk-table corner, large built-in wardrobe, very good wifi,

Washing machine; dishwasher.
Possibility to cook (use of the shared kitchen). No smoking allowed in the rooms, on the balconies if.

Super well-located apartment
900 francs per month all included

To be paid for the current month and the following month in advance (to avoid a last-minute departure of the person without notice).
