The room is already furnished (including a PRIVATE BATHROOM). Underfloor heating and comfort ventilation are a plus. WLAN is included. Living/dining area/kitchen are used together with me. There is a large garden to relax in. Laundry facilities are also available. The train station is a 4-minute walk away. Shopping facilities are also easily accessible. I rent exclusively to female applicants (non-smokers). Two cats also live in the same household (if you like animals).
I work part-time from home.
