In my free time I am often in the mountains: climbing, bouldering, ski touring, hiking or tinkering with my moped. But I also appreciate quiet evenings at home. I am looking for an open and relaxed roommate with whom one can exchange ideas and for whom living together is more than just a utilitarian shared flat. A respectful, friendly interaction and a good togetherness are important to me. The apartment is located on the second floor in a quiet, sunny location and offers a beautiful view of the Montalin and towards Surselva. The balcony with evening sun invites you to linger. The apartment has a living room, corridor, kitchen and 2 bathrooms with floor tiles. The rooms are equipped with linoleum. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic hob. For rent is 1 room and a private bathroom, possibly also a separate office/storage room. (915.- per month including utilities). For 120.- a parking space in the same building can be rented, from which you can use the lift to the apartment. The furniture can of course be used – here you should live and feel comfortable.
