I (30, nurse in Chur) and my two cats are looking for a friendly flatmate to share our bright, fully furnished 4.5-room apartment in Felsberg. In my free time I am often in the mountains: climbing, bouldering, ski touring, hiking or tinkering with my moped. I also appreciate quiet evenings at home.
I am looking for an open and relaxed flatmate with whom one can exchange ideas and for whom living together is more than just a utilitarian shared flat. Respectful, friendly interaction and a good atmosphere are important to me.
The apartment is located on the second floor in a quiet, sunny location and offers a beautiful view of the Montalin and towards Surselva. The balcony with evening sun invites you to linger. The apartment has a living room, corridor, kitchen and 2 bathrooms with floor tiles. The rooms are equipped with linoleum. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic hob.
A room and a private bathroom are for rent, and possibly a separate office/storage room. (CHF 915.- per month including utilities). A parking space in the same building can be rented for CHF 120.-, from which you can use the lift to the apartment.
The furniture can of course be used – this is a place to live and feel comfortable.
