The apartment is located in the new Plaines-du-Loup district in Lausanne, on the 2nd floor of a secure building with an elevator.

Nearby are several bus lines such as the 1 which will take you to EPFL, the 21 to Paudex Verrière, and the 20 to Lausanne Gare.

A Migros and a pharmacy are 5 minutes away on foot, as well as many shops open until 10 PM.

The room can be rented semi-furnished (bed 160/200, small wardrobe, shelf, bedside table) or unfurnished.

The move-in date is for July 1st or as soon as possible.
