Hi WG room seekers 🙂

We are looking for a new flatmate for our flat-share in beautiful Seefeld from 6 July 2025. Moving in by 1 August 2025 at the latest is also possible, though earlier would be preferred. The room for rent is about 14 m². Security deposit: CHF 4 050.

The flat-share
We – Guillaume, Steffen and Norbert – are in our thirties.

• Guillaume is from France, speaks fluent English and French, works in technical sales and is easy-going.
• Steffen works in consulting and is an outgoing, spontaneous and adventurous flatmate.
• Norbert is a physicist who left academia and now applies his expertise in a local start-up.

Norbert and Steffen are both from Germany, have seen much of the world and still love to travel.

Location and daily life
Living together is relaxed: now and then we do things together when it suits everyone. The flat is right on Höschgasse, so very central. Shops, restaurants, bars and much more are just outside the door, yet the apartment itself is pleasantly quiet. Public transport is excellent: Stadelhofen station is a few minutes away, Zürich main station is a short tram ride, and Tiefenbrunnen station is about three minutes on foot.

The apartment
The building is a beautiful period property with high ceilings and impressive stucco work. The 120 m² apartment is bright and has two bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen with washing machine and dryer. A lift comes straight to the apartment. There is also an attic and a storage room for bicycles.
