I am looking for an uncomplicated and open personality for a 2-person shared apartment in Zurich, who appreciates shared living and also values enough space.

About me: My name is Fatih (m, 30 years old), I work part-time as a social pedagogue and study. I am a rather quiet and uncomplicated person who enjoys spending time with friends, regularly exercises, often rides my bike in the city, by the lake, or in the forest, and is spontaneous.

Since I often work irregular hours, I may often not be at home, both during the week and on weekends. We can definitely do things together and be spontaneous, but also have the option to retreat.

So far, it has been a very collegial and uncomplicated shared apartment, and I would like it to continue to be that way. For example, if there is something in the fridge or something is needed, it can simply be used and then replaced when possible. A certain sense of order and cleanliness should also be present. So if the kitchen has been used, it should also be cleaned up again. Usually, we take turns cleaning once a week. Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, disposing.

About the apartment:

The apartment is fully furnished and offers everything you need. Also furniture if you need something.

Two bathrooms – ideal to avoid getting in each other's way in the morning

Overall, a generously sized apartment with plenty of space to feel comfortable, and since we are on the top, 5th floor, we have a lot of sunlight during the day.

Room 1 (14.2 sqm): 1218 CHF/month (same as my room)

Room 2 (18.8 sqm) by arrangement

NK. Comes every 3 months. About 100-250 CHF

Parking space in the underground garage can be rented additionally (160 CHF)
Motorway, airport, public transport, shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Oerlikon train station 6 minutes by bike.

Ideally, I would like: 25-35 years old, (m,f) employed/student. Uncomplicated, open, who enjoys exchanging ideas about God and the world.
