Single room for rent - 8266 Steckborn, Oberer Höhenweg 11

In my spacious 5-room detached house with a garden and stunning lake views, a bright room with its own bathroom (rain shower & bathtub) will become available from August 1st (possibly earlier).

The entire house is open for shared use:
a large, open kitchen with a professional stove, a cozy living room, laundry room, balcony, garden, parking, part of the office and occasionally a therapy room in the attic.
Two rooms have been used for Airbnb so far. I am open to the future.

I am looking for an upbeat, cheerful, sensitive, tidy and mindful personality who desires a shared, free-spirited life together, with room for both encounters and retreat.

Note:
From June to July, new construction is planned on the neighboring property, which may result in temporary construction noise. Those who remain calm and don't lose sight of the beautiful things will find a special home here with a lot of heart and foresight.
