Single room for rent - 8003 Zürich, Letzigraben 11

Hello all,
I'm looking for someone to take over my contract in a 2-person apartment from the 2st of May to the 32st of July, with possibility of extension from the 2st of August.
The apartment is located in front of Letzigrund FCZ stadium, just one minute walking from the tram station Letzigrund. Very well connected to the city center with the line 2, and walking to many restaurants and shops along the Badenerstrasse. The bedroom faces very beautiful views to a calm and nice park. You will not have any problem with the noise.
The bedroom is fully furnished. It has a wardrobe, a bed with all the beddings, a table with the chair, a sofa-bed and a small stand close to the bed. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all the facilities: oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, all the needed cutlery and a small cellar to store more food/kitchen items. The washing machine and the tumbler are in the ground floor shared with the building but we rarely have any problem with overbooking. The apartment also has its own cellar in the basement where to store more stuff, and a bicycle parking.
The rental price includes all utilities (water, gas, electricity and internet, but it does not include Serafe), and the security deposit is 3 months.
You will be sharing with Shaheen, a business guy developing his own coffee company. He is a very easygoing guy who will make you feel like at home from the very first day!
