I am renting out a fully furnished room in a very bright and large apartment in Küsnacht center, very close to the train station. 3 people in total would be living here; The room is limited until 30.09.2025 with a possibility to be extended further.

The room is about 16m² and comes with a double bed, built-in closet, night table, desk and chair. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet, Serafe) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included.

Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster and waterboiler, and dishwasher. There is also 1 balcony for common use.

All main shops are close and the train station is 2 minutes from the flat. Zurich main train station is less than 10 minutes away by train and public transport runs from 5 am to close to 1 am during the week.

The cellar has a washing machine and tumbler without the need to schedule it.

Everything is done with a contract! I use the standard template form from the canton of Zurich.
