I am renting a room in my 4-room apartment because it is a bit too big to be alone. I am 35, experienced in shared living, and not home much.

The apartment also includes a living room and a large terrace.

Whether young or old, male or female doesn't matter to me; a harmonious adult coexistence is more important to me.
