I'm leaving my furnished room in a lovely 3-person flatshare, and we're looking for a new flatmate from August 4, 2025.
The flat is modern, quiet, and ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the train station. It features:

• 2 bathrooms (very convenient!)
• A spacious living room
• A fully equipped kitchen
• A large sunny terrace with a barbecue – perfect for summer evenings
• A cellar

The rent is CHF 723/month, plus utilities (electricity, internet, etc. paid quarterly).
We are looking for someone aged 27 or older, employed, respectful of others' space, sociable but independent – someone who values a calm and considerate living environment.
