Heyo, I'm looking for a roommate for a 4.5 room (~90m2) apartment with terrace/garden in Romanel-sur-Lausanne. The rent is 975 CHF, including charges. Please note that we share the apartment with my two cats, Ozzy and Calcifer. The room (16m2) is available now, with entry no later than 01.08. The lease extends until 31.08.2027, after which the apartment must be returned to the owner. I'm looking for someone who appreciates a bit of community living.
