Single room for rent - 1020 Renens VD

Hello !

With my roommate, we are looking for a new roommate to join our apartment located just one minute from the Renens train station. The apartment is very well served: train, bus, tram and the M1 direction UNIL/EPFL just steps away.

We are two students and we would like to find a nice, respectful girl who knows how to live in a community. The atmosphere is relaxed at home, we like to laugh while keeping a clean and pleasant living space.

The room is fully furnished and I ask for 900 CHF/month, charges included!

Note: a super cute cat named Félix lives here too. He is very calm, clean, and mostly stays in my room.
